These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of druidsglengolfclub.com (the “Site”), operated by Druids Glen Golf Club (“Druids Glen,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, such as learning about the course, booking tee times and contacting us. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information or spam through our forms, or copying content for commercial use without our permission.
Tee times and course policies
Online tee times are booked through our booking provider, TeeItUp, and are also subject to that provider’s terms. The course policies below apply to every round, however it was booked. Current details are on our Rates & Tee Times page.
- Tee times can be booked one week in advance.
- Groups of 8 or more need a credit card and phone number to book.
- Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change a tee time, or a full green fee is charged per player.
- Rain checks are given only when the course is unplayable.
- Outside carts, scooters and bikes are not permitted.
- All players are expected to follow posted course rules, local rules and pace of play guidelines, and the instructions of course staff.
Prices, deals and availability
Rates, deals, Players Card pricing and other prices shown on the Site may change at any time, including with weather, course conditions, playability and availability. Weekend rates apply on certain holidays. We work to keep the Site accurate, but if a price or detail on the Site differs from what is confirmed at booking or in the golf shop, the confirmed price applies. Deals shown in the Daily Deals widget are limited, may sell out and are subject to the terms shown when you book.
Players Card, Winter Pass and other purchases
Players Cards, the Winter Pass and other products are subject to the terms, eligibility, dates and benefits described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, they are for the named purchaser only, are non-transferable and are not refundable. Lesson packages must be used within six months of purchase.
Lessons, events and inquiries
Submitting a lesson request, tournament inquiry or private event inquiry through the Site is a request only. It does not reserve a date, a lesson time or space until our staff confirms it with you. Pricing, deposits and any agreements for tournaments and private events are provided by our staff and confirmed separately.
Chat assistant
The “Ask me anything” chat assistant on the Site is provided by a third party and gives automated answers. Its answers are for general information only and may not always be accurate or current. Please confirm hours, rates, tee time availability and other important details with the golf shop at (253) 638-1200.
Content and trademarks
The Site and its content, including text, photos, videos, course maps, hole descriptions, logos and the Druids Glen name, are owned by or licensed to Druids Glen and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party sites and services
The Site links to and uses services from third parties, such as online booking, Daily Deals, reviews, maps and videos. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites and services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use the Site.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Druids Glen and its owners, managers, employees and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
